I could have used this forum 30 years ago.
I would have learned about the nitrogen cycle.
I wouldn't have used tap water.
I would have had a sump instead of an undergravel filter.
I wouldn't have swapped my large coral rocks out every few months and dipped in bleach so they would look pretty back in the tank.
Probably wouldn't have had green hair algae all over the tank.
And I still managed to keep fish alive including a damsel for nearly 15 years.
Really looking forward to a tank with fish, anemones, softies and maybe LPS for starters (sprinkled with some struggles I am sure) The hobby has really progressed!
