I just joined the community and wanted to briefly introduce myself. I live in Northern Virginia, and have been in the hobby for about 6 months. Still have tons to learn, though the curve feels a lot less steep with so much helpful information here.

I suppose like most newbies, i try to balance my excitement with research to avoid stupid mistakes. At least I try most of the time...

I've got a 65 gallon that is still minimally stocked with soft corals. I want to stay with soft corals for a while, and not sure if I'll progress from there.

See you on the forums!

Welcome to the group.
I have been keeping tanks on and off for 40 some odd years and still have a lot to learn so do not feel bad. Mt best advice to anyone is purchase a few books and read, then a few more books and read some more. That along with having the patience to take your time and plan ahead.
