Hello all. Not typically much of a poster, I prefer to lurk about, and just take in as much information as possible.
I began reefing in May of 2018, with a 72" bowfront. Really enjoyed it until January of this year, when one of the apex power bars caught fire and burned up all of the equipment , stand, cracked the tank, and emptied almost 70 gallons of salt water into my living room. Ruining the hard wood floors and scorching the wall. Luckily the water kept the fire from spreading to the entire room/house.
Just this week the floor was finished. And the painters are supposed to start next week.
Its been a long drawn out process.
BUT, reefing is in my blood, and we have plans on not only starting again, but upgrading to a 250 gal system. So the future is bright.
