new to R2R

Well, i wanted to say hi. i have been on the site looking around. seems like a good group of people and a wealth of knowledge. a little about me i suppose. i am in the military and a single dad. i have been in the hobby for about 3 years now. growing up my dad had a custom made salt water aquarium, and since that i have wanted to do it. about 3 years ago i set up my first aquarium with some help from the lfs. i started with a 75 marine land. about a year and half after that i set up a 125 and kept my 75 running. and 3-4 months ago i came to the conclusion that taking care of 1 large aquarium would probably be easier than taking care of 2 smaller ones so i upgraded. i now have a 300 gallon aquarium. still trying to get it full. had to empty it twice because of leaking bulkheads but hey it is what it is. without further delay......

i am kind of embarrassed about my 125 right now. my 300 isn't up and running yet so all the coral that i had growing in my 75 got moved to an already crowded 125, so now my 125 looks cramped. soon as i get my 300 set up i will post some pictures. i have seen some of the tanks that the other members have....and well.....i am not at that level yet, but hopefully in time.
