New to reef 2 reef

I plan on having the 120 as my display tank, and my little 13.5 is going to be my propagation tank. I want to learn how to propagate zoas.
I made the stand myself, I did the plumbing myself..

Hey guys, I’m new to reef 2 reef and also new to reefing. I’ve had fish tanks almost my whole life, I just moved to salt water, I have a 13.5 gallon and a 120 gallon I started to cycle today
Welcome to R2R!

Glad to have you here at Reef2Reef. I like that you are starting with a bigger tank... will help you especially in the short term. You will still get Uglies.. or should anyway.. but that volume should help with stability if problems arise.
Thanks I appreciate any help I can get

Welcome to the board!!!

Don't hesitate to ask questions, we all run into trouble or have questions eventually. And odds are someone here has had the same issue. We are all here to help and spread out passion of the hobby. The search function is the key to many of you questions to come.

Good luck with the tanks, the 120 is a great size, I recommend 75 to 120 4ft tanks to most beginners because of the extra water and it's super manageable.
