Hi there thankyou for opportunity to share i have been in saltwater hobby off and on for several years just got back into it about 1 1/2 years ago had a nice fowlr going then around christmas major crash lost all but one. Decided to tear down and rebuild to go mixed reef. I have 2 builds going now and a third planned. My first will be my mixed reef in a 180 tru view aqua sys that i have modified to not use the built in filtration. Will be overflowing to a pro flex 4 sump with a bm nac9 handling skimming. Rtn is a reeflo gold hybrid dart/snapper running at 4360gph into a manifold setup that supplies my teco sea chill, hydra bio pellet reactor, and carbon reactor. Fig head loss have around 2000-2300 gph to tank. Running a separate 15 gal fuge that is supplied by one of the overflows and can be shut off if needed. My 90 build i would like to do a clown harem. Have a 55 hex havent fig out what i am going to do with it yet. Oh and also there is a 55 gl in my sons room that is fresh. Plan is to start slow with hardy breeds then move up from there. The monitoring is handled by my apex neptune lighting in 180 is current tru lumen pro strips running 2-36" marin fusion, 2-36" 12k diamond whites, and 2-48" deep water blues ll controlled by ramp pro timers, the 90 has 2 kessil a350w. Water flow in 180 is done by hydor korralia 2700 gph ph with contoller the 90 will have the 1500 versions and both have hydor ato's. Like i said major rebuild.
