New to Reef2Reef!

I'm just about as far away as you can get from WA here in SW Florida while staying in the states, but welcome to R2R. This is a great group of hobbyists as you've likely already noticed. And it does look like you're off to a great re-start! Good luck and keep us posted with updates.

Welcome to R2R!
Hi and thank you!

I'm just about as far away as you can get from WA here in SW Florida while staying in the states, but welcome to R2R. This is a great group of hobbyists as you've likely already noticed. And it does look like you're off to a great re-start! Good luck and keep us posted with updates.

We're definitely on different ends of the country. I lived in Florida when I was a kid. Loved it there! I really am enjoying the site and fellow reefer's. I have a tank thread going, but additions will be slow. Meanwhile, I will be checking out all of the educational info that's on the site and relearn what I forgot over the last four years!
I just checked out your build thread! Very nice! I too bought a used system, but luckily we were able to drill it. My tank has scratches on the glass that I didn't notice when I bought it, but that's okay for now, I got a good deal on it and it got me into a hobby I'd wanted to be in for at least 20 years. I keep picking out fish that I want and my husband tells me I'll run out of room in my tank! I told him "that's okay, you can just build be a bigger one!".

Thanks for the welcome!
