Hello everyone! My name's Brandon and I'm from New Jersey. So I finally gave in and made an account after a couple of years just creeping on this forum. I figured i have a lot of time on my hands given this pandemic.. so here i am. I started with a planted 15gal freshwater tank with only blue tiger shrimps maybe about a decade ago. Lost interest in tanks when i got into other hobbies but somehow got sucked into the saltwater game. Now i have a Oceanic 29gal All in one tank with a modified upper rim, also made a custom cover for the rear chambers, an inTank media basket, Eshopps Biolux Media, IM Spin stream, an AI Hd prime, a Vortech MP10 and Tunze ATO. I've also been working on a 6gal tank at the moment. I put it together with scraps from previous setups or friends. Hope you like them and i don't mind a little constructive criticism!

Happy to be here and looking forward to this learning experience!
Thanks R2R. :D

Welcome to R2R. Great colours in tank.

I love those pics!
The anemones are popping bro!

Might want to do some research on the mix lof BTAs... I’ve seen reports that the different types often will do ‘chemical’ battle and the loser is usually the more expensive ones!

The anemones are popping bro! And the floating scape looks sick!
I'm doing a new floating scape as well!

Thank you! I actually started out with two BTAs and now there's five. Haha Any pictures of your floating scape? I tried researching it for a couple weeks but i couldn't find a real solid DIY. Pretty sure i've missed it somewhere here in this forums.. but i just went for it. Luckily it didn't come out too bad. haha

Welcome, I am tempted to mock criticize you for making me jealous but the work you put into your tanks is too much to be jealous of. Well done.

Thats how i feel when i see other peoples tanks too. Premeditation usually help me a lot before i fully commit to anything and it also saves me a little more money. haha
Thank you!

I actually started with two BTAs.. they were both in the same tank when i purchased them. I wasn't aware of any chemical warfare between them but that's good to know! Appreciate the tip.
