Question, since your tank is still cycling, have you checked your nitrites? In the presence of nitrites, N03 readings will be wrong. If nothing is in the tank then just let it ride, but if their is something in the tank then do a water change.
 
but is my Nitrate being so high going to kill my fish

I would add some Prime and consider relocating the fish until the cycle gets thru. Can your LFS hold them for you? It is a Sunday night, call around to local club members to see if they have Prime in stock since the stores are closed. Petco does carry it.

Ammonia btw 0.25-0.5
Nitrites 0.25
Nitrates 100
