New to reefing - question about parameters

Hello all!
I am new to the hobby and have a 28 gal nano reef tank. It is relatively new (about 4 months) and have a tunze doc 9004 in tank skimmer, 2 power flow nozzles, marine ic pro light and a canister filter. I have 4 fish (2 clowns, and 2 wrasse), about 25 various snails and a fire shrimp. I also have a couple of mushrrom corals and a green polyp. Overall, everything is doing well ( at least nothing dead). I have a Hanna tester kit and have been testing and doing water changes weekly. My parameters are as follows:
pH - 7.9
DKH 12
Calcium 375
Phos 185 ppb

I have been adding "all for reef" weekly as directed. My question is:

Should or can I do anything different to raise the calcium other than adding "all for reef" such as a 2 part calcium/alkalinity starter pack? Ans as far as the phosphates,m I am only feeding the fish 1/2 cube of brine shrimp daily - is this too much? Any other suggestions on the phosphate being high?

Stop adding all for reef and use a calcium only product. Your alkalinity is getting too high and the product you are using boosts it too.

I don’t see mentioned any methods of exporting N and P (macroalgae, etc). I would look into them.

What do you recommend?

Not sure what you mean by methods of exporting N and P - i have a skimmer and unfortunately I don't have any room to add a sump or refugium. Anything else I could use?
