new to reefing

Before you start messing with ph, make sure that your seneye is calibrated to actual ph.. use a test kit to be sure.. I had this problem when I first bought my seneye, and I spent two monthes chasing ph/alk, then decided to use a test kit and my ph was fine.. then adjusted seneye to actual ph and everything has been fine since..

Hi there I just wanted to stop and say hi and welcome to Reef to Reef I enjoyed reading about your adventure and the pictures of your tank. Hear you me a group of people with the love and the education to share their education to help others with the start of their adventure and the salt water world. There is so much information and threads for miles articles for days and great conversation with wonderful people that all have the same interest of helping others have the best experience they can. So again welcome to Reef2Reef and welcome to your new home

Welcome I do have a suggestion your green star polyps should be moved away from all other rocks. It takes over and kills everything. I can't tell if it's all connected or not.
Green star is 1/2 inch from rock. Did a 30% wc saturday and it hasn't came out since. Everything else is doing well.
