the Dunning-Kruger Effect can be applied across so many disciplines, including reefing. I’ve been through most of these and still have a lot to learn. So if you’re new to reefing, use this as a long term guide for success. We all start out knowing nothing. Those who persist through the challenges, will be rewarded with success and knowledge. You can either spend a lot of time reading, or you can spend a lot of time doing; either way, it will take a lot of time to find success. (But please spend time reading. Maybe then you can avoid the "valley of despair.")
