Wow, thanks all. That is a lot of replies in a very short time.

Thanks for the link sent, I had stumbled upon that a little while ago and then couldn't find it again so now it is saved.

As for feeding the ammonia cycle, yes I have dropped a little prawn in the tank and it is pretty much all gone now.
