New to salt water tanks

This is the first time I've tried having a saltwater tank. Most of my equipment is old got it all for free and slowly upgrading everything.

P.S water is cloudy because I was rearranging the rock.

Nice looking fish, is that a Sailfin Tang on the right? Also, is this going to be a reef tank or just fish? And what lights did you get?
