Hi guys I’m new to saltwater hobby. I have a 32gal bio cube what light settings would you guys recommend to grow corals. Also what food or other things that go along with that

Welcome! Lots of different answers to those questions. What specific corals you're talking about matters as what one coral likes is detrimental to another coral. Here's some reading material and some videos you might find informative:

Forest ROhwer's "Coral Reefs in the Microbial Seas" (kindle ~$10, paperback ~$17) Best introduction to the conflicting roles of DOC in reef systems.

"Coral Reefs in the Microbial Seas"

Changing Seas - Mysterious Microbes

Nitrogen cycling in hte coral holobiont

BActeria and Sponges

Maintenance of Coral Reef Health (refferences at the end)

Richard Ross What's up with phosphate"

Since you're new you should be aware many pictures of corals you see will have used filters to bring out colors not normally seen. This article shows how it's done.
