New to saltwater and reef keeping

Hello everyone I'm new to the site as well as reef and saltwater aquarium keeping . I have a 40 gallon bow front tank. It has been running for about 2 months now. Added some cromies about 3 weeks ago and a clean up crew do to algae build up (about 10 snail some red and blue hermit crabs) Sorry about the pic I will post better picture as I add and change stuff around. Lighting is a 120w LED that I bought with the tank. Hope to hear a lot of feed back from every1 on the site
