New to saltwater

Hello Jerseypete, Welcome to R2R, I have about 20 chromies in my 120g right now, with this many they are well behaved, no problem at all.

How many should I start with cause just put 5 on hold at the store to make sure they all live.

I did almost the same thing! My strong recommendation, wish someone would have told me this initially, but get a GFO/carbon reactor as your next purchase. Also, be sure to get an ATO!! Seriously, you'll thank me later. Also, for all your buckets of rodi water, get the auto float switches and save urself the headache of water overflowing. Get test kits and BRS reef calculator, use that stuff. The 2 part stuff for me never worked. Good luck!!

Have the tunze auto top off. All redsea test kits and sump will have 3 media reactors built into it.
