New to saltwater

So how is a sump fed I did a little bit of research and it talked about a overflow box. The tank I'm going to buy didn't seem to have that looked like it had a valve at the bottom of the tank that went to the sump... is that a viable way to run it. It won't let me post a picture I'm gonna try and put it as my profile picture because the tank setup confuses me

Hey guys! Thanks for all the help just finished setting it all up! Any starting advice like how often to check water and when adding fish would be ok? Also what fish are good ones to start with and like what to help keep the tank clean?

Hi everyone I'm completely new to saltwater and I'm going to get a tank today that had saltwater and live rock already in. My question is how should I move it does the live rock have to be kept wet? Should I put the water in buckets? And what are some helpful tips for when I start?
