I’ve had a tank up and going for about 9 months now and I just upgraded my lighting to a ReefLED on a small tank and was wondering what SPS, if any I should try! I don’t know forsure, but according to the website I should have enough PAR. Thanks in advance!

I’d go for Acros that are sold as “Stags” as usually they’re the easier guys (Or Atleast the 3 I’ve tried have had fast growth and been easy). You can also try montis but I personally can’t grow them even though I grow Acros so I don’t actually use them as a tell tale coral. Another I am trying with is Stylophora which is relatively easy.
Another Acro recommendation is the Red Planet as they also seem to be relatively easy to care for compared to others. I have another 3 that I’m finding easy but they’re not named.
I think most “bottle brush” acros such as Echinata are easy as well.

Start with birdsnest!!! Great starter sps and look into Aussie green slimer acros. Pretty affordable and decent growth rate. I can also send you my reefled schedule if you’re still unsure on levels/times.

Can't go wrong with montipora digitata. Beautiful bright corals that grow fast and tolerate diverse parameters.

Yes number are stable
definitely look into the beginner/easier acros such as Green Slimers and actually Purple Slimers. I wish I could give you the name of my starting acro but it’s a mystery to me too. Here it is under room lighting - the tips are purple and the base is a greenish colour.

What size tank and what light you running?

You mind sending you schedule? That’s the same light I’m running and unsure of the power settings
Here you go, I used to run lower blues as I’ve found high alkalinity and lower PAR improves growth rate.

Thank you! You have a pic of your tank? Love to see it
I can try find an older FTS as right now lights are in blues - Will get a newer FTS tomorrow if I don’t have one of the current scape.
