New to SW: water question

So I got this $13 saltwater from petsmart and it says it’s “live water” how long should I wait to put in seachem stability or can you put in too much beneficial bacteria? Im on day 2 of cycling my 10 gal and I used only 4.4 gallons of this and then the rest of it was from my local fish store.

I would think at best it was like using a product like fritz or dr Tim's. I would still test parameters as with any cycle.

you can't really put in too much good bacteria. But Most of the bacteria live on live rocks or the maybe the sand, as opposed to the water. Patience is key in this hobby. I've been doing it for 5 years and still feel like a newbie. You should be fine to put in stability. And then wait. And wait. And wait some more. I think I cycled for 2 months before putting any fish in. I put in 2 hermit crabs and a snail at the one month mark, but other than that, nothing. Patience is key!
