best way to check is to test your ammonia nitrite and nitrate .

did you add any extra rock ? Was it live or dry .

I loaded up my old tank ahead of time with extra rock and then transferred it over when I set up my new tank. I added even more rock and then slowly added fish after that. If you haven't had problems with ich or any other undesirables, I'd just do something like that. You don't want to pass on that stuff to your new tank. If you have had issues, I'd just start out fresh and wait for the tank to cycle. (And I love your photos!) Welcome!
