I'm in the middle of some transitioning before we break down the main display to redo the floors. Setting up two custom Acrylic tanks on Aluminum extrusion stands. My wife let me get rid of the dining room table temporarily.
I need to get rid of some frags.
And some equipment

Its nothing too special. Just a few small sticks and some colonies of cheap coral I grew from frags. I do love my little fish room.
Oh yea and my Walt Disney Reef tank

Does your club affiliate with other hobby clubs? My club is looking to trade speaker resources - if we pay for guest speaker, we let our affiliate clubs know so they can come in by zoom, and they'll let us know when they have good zoom for our members to attend. Our DFW Texas meetings are hybrid - zoom & at LFSs - use sound system and 80" projector. We record those, so you can checkout our DFWMAS channel for extra education, esp if you have some you'd like to share this way. I'm Secretary for our local hobby club www.dfwmas.org (and on FB, instagram, etc), so got excited when you said you were Vice President for Atlanta Reef Club.
Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself. I started tank first then joined, so I'm still finding myself going back collecting pictures & updating historically as well as current state. Once you create your first post in your thread and link it to your account, they will give you build badge (look left, under my ID)
