New to the hobby looking for some advice.

Hello all. I'm really excited about diving into saltwater. I've always had freshwater fish and my dad finally talked me into going salt. I'm hoping you guys can help me get started and on my feet.

I picked up a 100 gallon tank off of Craigslist for free a few months back. The guy also gave me everything he had. Here's the haul:

Here's a list of the items I already have.

Tank
Sump
Heater (2, 50 gallon heaters)
Canister filter
Air pump
In the process of building the stand.

I'm planning on doing a FOWLR setup.

With all that said I had a few questions:

1. What other equipment do I need to get started?

2. What should I use for substrate? I really like the idea of using sand.

3. What type of chemicals/materials will I need?

4. I really wanted to start out with an anemone and a clown fish or two. What should I know?

5. Any other tips tricks I should know?

As a note I'm very familiar with the nitrogen cycle and I definitely plan on taking my time (at least a month) to make sure it's fully cycled.

I'm not planning on putting any corals for a couple reasons. I know things get a bit more complicated with corals and this being my first go around I don't feel 100% comfortable. I also don't have a ton of money to through it just yet.

I've read that the rule of thumb is about 1lb to 1.5lb of live rock per gallon. At 100Gal that puts me at 100-200lbs of live rock. Do you know how much I could expect to spend on that much rock and if I really need that much up front? Meaning could I get less up front (ex: 50lbs) and then add more as my tank is cycling, or is it best to get all of the live rock at once?

Well you can get a good light on crag and a us skimmer cheep if you see someone. Close there tank get some of there rock and water it well help with the cycled and you get some of there stuff cheep
