Fast method or slow method of cycling. Even after the initial cycle, your parameters are going to very for the first year.

.08 is not high depending on the corals that you will run in the future. Look at the tank, if you start getting a bunch of green hair algae, then it is time to start adjusting media for bring down phosphates or nitrates. You are going to get diatom, it just going to happen.

Hi, my tank is cycling using dr timms…. My phosphate is already ready 0.08 , is this normal?

Welcome to a great and expensive hobby! Be patient on the cycle as the others have said. Patience now will pay off later and could save you money and stress. Recommend you head over to YouTube and start watching the BRSTv series on our hobby. Very helpful. Good luck.
