New To the Marine Game

Hello all! My fiance and I just purchased a Nuvo 8 gal to start my first nano reef. I am really excited about this as I have always wanted a saltwater tank

. We currently have 2 bettas (separate tanks ofc), and a 20 gal with 3 shubunkin goldfish, 2 pictus cats and a couple of snails. Originally we were going to go with Demasoni Cichlids, but after more discussion, we agreed that saltwater was the way to go.
Glad to be here and can't wait to hear from everyone!

Welcome! Bit of unasked for advice...SW isnt "harder" then FW...but takes more knowledge. Research everything.

LOL! No worries! Advice is welcomed even if I don't ask for it. I would much rather receive the advice and save myself some headache and heartache if possible

. I did so much research on goldfish before I invested in them that I am now the annoying person in a store that gives people unsolicited advice in the store
