New Tomini Tang Help!

Hey All. i recently got this tang maybe about a week ago. Im not sure what's going on here I'm new to the hobby. My water parameters are where they always have been and I'm fairly positive this fish is wild caught. he ate once after 2 days of not eating and is not eating again and it's been 2 days since i saw him eat. I've lost a tomini tang recently a night after i got it so i really hope whatever is going on with him can be helped!

Looks to be bacterial or skin reaction but need more info as requested and is fish eating?
Is it breathing normal or labored?
