New torch coral looks bad

Just the best practice when posting pictures wondering if that's okay, full whites are really helpful. Windex mode makes it very hard to see any detail with your coral. For instance it could be completely bleached out and we wouldn't know.

Beyond that if you're worried because it's not fully extended yet, welcome to torches. They don't like to be moved and they can take a little bit to settle in. If your parameters are all locked in, And you did not find any pests during a dip, I would not be worried.

What’s going on with the 2 heads? The 1 head looks OK but the other 2 can’t really see with blue light.

Ive seen where they are pretty unhappy if held out of water for any length of time. Allow it to acclimate to new surroundings.
Did you acclimate it to tank and under low light?
The best placement for a torch coral is in a location that gets moderate water flow and moderate-intensity lighting. Torches are aggressive corals that protect themselves by wielding their sweeper tentacles maliciously. The torch coral is a photosynthetic coral, meaning it has a relationship with symbiotic zooxanthellae (single-cell photosynthetic organisms) that live inside its tissues that converts the light energy into sugar. In exchange for a home inside the coral, the zooxanthellae split their harvest and feed the coral.

No, its just the polyps looks deflated, compared to the other torch that i got on the same seller on the same day

The two head at the bottom right, always looks like that, i have it for 4 months now, in white light it looks like brown with white tips
