Good Saturday morning all. Got an early bird question for everyone. I got a new trachyphyllia from Extreme Corals yesterday. They gave me great service, it came very fast with heat pads, but since I put it in the tank yesterday, it doesn't seem to have done much. It did puff up a bit but went back down. This morning it still seems to look the same. It's got nice color but just hasn't puffed up yet. I'm new to this genus, does it just take a while?

It will contract overnight and usually puff back up when the lights are on. Make sure you don't have it in too high flow, though. High flow can damage the tissue, cause it to retract, and eventually recede.
