Welcome Stacy. I'm new too but loving it like you. It's definitely challenging and a labor of love. Just dealt with my first massive brown diatom algae outbreak. After a couple weeks of fighting this and losing some corals in the process I had to ask myself if this was for me. Do I want to deal with this stuff, etc.

In the end the answer was absolutely because the relaxation and amazement I get out of watching the tank when all is well far outweighs the work and effort that needs to be put in.

Hope you continue to enjoy it for years to come.

I definitely enjoy it. My daughter is the expert so she's keeping me up on everything
