So I added a new Sterilizer which basically required me to re-plumb the whole tank. 2 hours after I am done it appears to be a bacterial bloom. Water is cloudy to a frightening point. Parameters appear normal. Should I be worried?

Usually it's the other way around, uv will fend off bacterial blooms. But a little more details about your setup, size uv and flow through the uv would help. How long has the tank been set up etc...

Timing seems odd. Could it be my moving around the plumbing you loosened buildup in the pipes and when you started everything back up it spewed it into the tank?

Good test for the new sterilizer I guess
