New varios 6 pump won’t work?

Just bought a new varios 6 return pump. It won’t come on, and the pause lights keep blinking. I have tried with and without a float switch, I tried turning off and back on, FS on and off, different return levels, etc. I feel like I am missing something. Suggestions?

I would contact Coral Vue . Have you tried to inspect the impeller?

I have had an issue like that and make sure impeller is free. I unplug and remove that screen and move impeller and then put back together. Always seems to work for me that way.
