New VorTech MP10 not working

Has anyone else had a problem when setting up a VorTech mp 10.? I have watched the videos and followed the steps but the controller just keeps blinking red. I have checked all the plugs, taken them a part and plugged in again , same result. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

They might be closed already but they will answer the phones again on Monday.

Does your propeller turns when you try it with your hand?
