New Watchman Goby damaged underlip?

My first Watchman Goby is currently in the waiting room as of today. I noticed this thing hanging from its lip. I think its a damaged skin or something. Either I didn't see it when in the shop or it is something that happened during acclamation when I put him and a few Hermits in the same bucket.

His behavior is sitting, swimming, sitting again and its mouth is often open.

Of course it could be something else.

Before entering quarantine, the little fella received a formalin dip.

Who can help me out with analyzing its underlip?

It does look like an injury. Is it still eating food? Do you have an antibiotic to use if need be?
