It all began when I decided it was time to change the media in my 5 stage RODI. Once replaced, I decided to make it part of a water station build...
This is the stand I built for the water tank. I've mounted my RODI under it. The RODI is mounted to a piece of 3/4 ply and then using 2 screws, mounted it to the stand. This makes it easy to pull out, when the time comes to replace media again.
This cool little valve was installed off the RODI good water output. I found that sometimes, you need to run a gallon or two through to get a ZERO reading. The blue hose is what is diverted into a waste bucket and the clear hose is what goes to the float inside the tank. I switch the valve to put water in the tank once the in line TDS meter reads ZERO

Internal float valve in the "tank" (40 gallon brute).
This is a 1/4 inch bulkhead from BRS. It is designed for "dry applications" and does not include a gasket. From a box of assorted washers, I found a gasket that fit and installed it as a supply to the float valves in my sumps. That's right a 40 gallon, gravity fed ATO. LOL
