New Waterboax 220

Hello

I would like some advice here. I am trying to build up the equipment on a new Waterbox 220 . Can anyone give me an advice in the best Skimmer i can buy for this size of tank . Also which powerheads are the best suitable will two NERO 5 do the work and finally Lighting any LED recomendations ?

I have a Waterbox, albeit a smaller one than you. I have the 70.2. When it comes to skimmers you need to know what you eventually plan to stock in the aquarium. I have a Bubble Magus Curve 5. It is rated for my size tank and works great.

The mold school thought (just a few short years ago) was to get the biggest skimmer you can and over skim. That is something we have learned is a fallacy. My advice is to find a quality skimmer that is properly sized for your tank and let it do its job. You will find that that is all you need.
