New waterbox tank question

Sup guys I just noticed my foam pad on bottom of tank is short on the one side by are half inch... Should I be concerned here a Pic

I think it’s by design. Mine is the same. Hasn’t affected anything and it lets me stick the corner of a towel under there when a drip runs down.
