New way to kill aiptasia?

Hello everyone,
Has anyone tried to use super glue to kill aiptasia? I tried it last night, used a good bit too haha covered him and his mouth up. Do you think I killed it?
The only place I ever get them from is the LFS-everyone else (online) has been clean.

Thoughts?

Its been done. As long as you cover the whole thing with glue you're good. I do enjoy the blowtorch approach though.

hahaha i wish I could have torched it but it was between some rastas and i didnt want to hurt them

I've done that before....the glue not the blow torch.

but i do have this...think it would work?

Hahahaha I just glued between the polyps and so far so good....buuut I just looked into the side of my cube, and what do I see!? A 2" aiptasia growing out of the love rock!! He squished into the crack when I tried to get him.
So I put some epoxy over the crack and the spot where he was. Insane how small they can retract themselves!
