New... worm? Please help ID

Anybody know what this thing is? Hasn’t always been here, randomly showed up within the last few days and is now annoying my BBEB zoas. Grows in a unique pattern and has the consistency of fish poop, or mysis shrimp and is white/gray in color & roughly 3” long.

Wondering if I should should scrub it off or leave it alone.
