New Xenia coral flow

I have just got a Xenia and I know they’re kinda delicate in terms of water flow posting video will someone tell me if it looks like an ok flow rate for the Xenia or to much

I'd do low flow so you get the cool pulsing

i tilted the power head which is very weak up and it still blows them slightly but now they’re pulsing

Also have this leather coral that seems to like stronger flow don’t have them in they’re permanent spots now just got them in here seeing how they do this green leather finger seems to like stronger flow could it adjust ps I know they’re kinda close but as I said not permanent

you want them to blow just not to the point that it's clearly annoyed and shriveling
