I separated this morph from a direct imported colony. It's grown out nicely and all the new polyps have maintained the morph.

Is this a new or a known zoanthid?

I wish I could remember. These seem to be slow growers and I've had them growing out for several months.
It was a single polyp. I can't even remember what the original colony looked like.... :/

I think I've seen something like it but the yellow wasnt as bright as yours, i do remember the brown skirt and yellow green. can't remember what the color of the mouth was. can't remember if it was Fiji or caribeanne morph.

Do you have more pics of yours under more daylight and separate attinic shots?

I'm going to try to get some macro pics. There is a really nice green/yellow ring through the center of the skirts.

Very nice - haven't seen anything quite like that before, with the distinct yellow/green.

I know I've seen it somewhere, I'm an avid Z/P window shopper and check every site for new ones poping up everytime.

Looks real nice; very bright. Not sure if I've seen that exact morph already or not. Once you've grown it out enough, hit me up if you'd like to trade or something. Wouldn't mind seeing that one up close and personal.
