New Zoas not looking so good

Hey so I just had these ship to me from WWC. They did open when I first put them in, but I did a poor job with the glue and they fell so I re-glued them and now they won’t open, look sunken in (my blenny curiously bit them), and kind of have flesh hanging off and blowing around. What do you think? Params are normal and temp acclimated them. Thanks for the help.

I would just leave them for a few days and see if they pick up. All the moving and glueing probably ticked them off.
