Is there like a package you can buy that has a little bit of everything in it to get you going?

Cultivated Reef has some decent sized frag packs that can probably get you going: https://cultivatedreef.com/product-category/coral/frag-packs/

LiveAquaria has some decent sized cuc packs that can probably get you going: https://www.liveaquaria.com/category/420/reef-cleaner-packs

Though I would kind of hesitate purchasing from LiveAquaria. Their customer service is great, their guarantee is straightforward and easy, their shipping is generally good, but the quality of their live stock is highly hit or miss.

Im not quite ready to shop for live stock yet. My cycle hasn't completed yet. I'm just looking to make sure my water is right

No, like dosing stuff, equipment.

It should be quite a while before you need to start any dosing for a new setup tank. Most of what you need to replenish in the system will be accomplished with regular water changes. Once you start into a lot of corals, then you will notice that you may need to start dosing.

I would triple your rocks and ditch the canister. Get a heater controller, 2 more heaters, rodi system and start deciding if and what coral you would like. Lights are expensive and that one won't cut it.
