i started my 55gal. salt tank a little over 6 months ago and ive had no problems except hitchhikers i do water changes irregularly i havent tested for ammonia and all the other tests except once after 2-3 weeks of cycling and i add more live rock every once in a slowly building the scape i have 2 maroon clowns a brittle star an anemone 3 different types of frags i got from petco a firefish goby a pencil urchin and 2 feather duster worms and they are all thriving after 2 months i started another 55gal. salt tank and added 5 clowns so i guess my question is should i be in the clear of a crash if i just keep doing what im doing

i do water changes and other matinence when i feel it to be right and it seems to be working

I dont think anemones are beginner friendly. Did you cycle the new tank?

3 week cycle and ive had the anemone for two months i originally bought 2 anemone but the one was in a bit of rough shape and passed, they were pretty much mercy buy from a store who knows less than me but the other is perfectly fine and my maroon clown just loves it they are inseparable

Welcome to R2R! Just be sure to monitor your ammonia and nitrites with such a young tank;)
