Newbie help with an I'd please

The tank is a few weeks into it's cycle and I've noticed these things all over ever inch of glass , are they cocopods ?
These are the best pics I could get of them , they are almost microscopic.

They aren't copepods. I can't say for sure what they are. It could be some type of algae. The 2nd picture makes them look like vermetid snails.

Can you post a better pic of these Critters ,this one is kinda fuzzy?

Thanks for the replies , these are about as good as I can get on zoom , there are a couple of mm in size .

If there are lots of them they could be appies or nuisance anemones.

I am not completely sure but it may be a pest anemone or a spaghetti worm going by the tentacles underneath showing on this picture.
