I've been an avid reader of info on the site anytime I had a question about my current tank. I have only been involved in saltwater tanks for about a year. Started with just a cheap 33 gallon tank which in turn cost me a TON of money by trying to go cheap instead of buying quality products from the beginning. Well I have learned my lesson and I am wanting to purchase a Red Sea Reefer 250. Keep in mind that I am fairly new to all of this so I was wanting to get your input on the build. What else would you recommend I purchase to do the build right the first time? What kind of skimmer, return pump, etc. I want to buy quality equipment the first time instead of spending more money in the long run. I know the reefer doesnt come with lights so which lights should I purchase? Will I need to purchase additional wave pumps? Current tank has a mix of softies, sps, and lps. Also plan to transfer as much water and live rock from my current tank as possible. How complex is the setup and assembly process? I am a mobile diesel mechanic. Any and all input is appreciated!
