Newbie here

Just the led lighting that the tank came with. ya i told the family no more until the tank is cycled
The lights the tank came with will not do the trick for coral. Where you go with lights will depend on budget. 1 black box led with a timer will be around $150 total. I started with these. They do the trick but you get what you pay for. I use kessil A360s now and love them. Way better color and shimmer than the cheaper lights.

Welcome to R2R! Good luck to you and your family on the new adventure. Looks like you still have the ugly stages of the initial cycling to go, but you appear to be off to a great start.

Hey everyone !. So I decided to buy my family and I a 32g biocube setup. i wanted your guys input on the necessities that i should get for it. im planning on puting a wave maker in and would like to beef up the filteration system. the tank only came with a top filter but the lower tiers are empty. possibly a skimmer.... heard i dont need it and heard i do.. that i should get it depending on how often i change the water. also anyone that has this set up, what are yalls time schedule set up on this? here is the tank so far
