Newbie in need of knowledge

Hello friends. I'm just getting started on my first tank. I was gifted some rock and the rock has mushrooms on them. Can anyone tell me a bit about the mushrooms in the photos? What is their name? lighting? ( They seem to like this fluval 3.0), Can I feed them? Do they move? Spread? Grow? That type of stuff..
also, in the bottom left corner of 1 photo, there's a rock with what looks like red flowers on it. I posted a pic of them yesterday and was told that they're a type of an amoeba. They have seemed to open up a bit. Could anyone help identify them? Would you concur? Thanks for reading

Mushrooms are a fairly easy coral to care for. They don't require too much light. I can't give you a proper name for those as I don't pay any attention to common or scientific names.

A better photo of the reddish things at the lower left of the photo might help.
