newbie in ozone

i tried to set the sander c100 to 100% and connected the ozone to the red dragon skimmer.it was running the whole day . instead of orp figure going up , it kept dropping . not sure why

It seems that it is eliminating more and that will lower the orp, how many liters or gal do you have in your system? a good measure to an uncontrolled orp is 10mg x 100lts or 25 gal, your ozone is 100mg for 1000lts or 250 gal

It depends on your goal I have used it 24/7, I have also used it only when I add new fish or when I have algae problems, I have also used it with and without a controller but not exceeding 10mg x 100lts.
