Newbie JBJ 20 nano question

hello everyone so I started my saltwater journey during quarantine and feel as though I rushed the process a bit. My tank is fully cycled since I used a pre seeded filter and fish to excelarate the cycle. All parameters ammonia, nitirite, nitrate, etc are finally stabilized. I purchased stax rocks and wanted to know if I change my aquascape will my levels change, do I need to cure and cycle the rocks since its dead rock, and do I need to remove my clown and orchid dottyback to change the entire aquascape?
