Newbie looking for algae ID help

I need some help identifying if these are diatoms or something else. Tanks been established for around 3 months and already had its first diatom bloom. It then cleared up but is it coming back again?

So no need to freak out here, my nitrates were only at 1 ppm. Cal 390, dkh 7, sg 1.025 and I'm waiting for a PH tester.
